Tilda Biehn offers $20.00 USPS domestic shipping on all orders. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, as each item is handmade to order. This allows us to ensure that each item meets our high quality standards.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification by email. This email will contain a link that will direct you to updated tracking information. All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature upon receipt.
Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing information before placing your order. We are unable to reroute a package once it has been shipped.
Sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to New York State and the State of Michigan.
Returns and Repairs
Tilda Biehn takes great care to create beautiful and lasting jewelry. Each piece is hand made and therefore may be subject to slight differences. We stand behind every piece we create. However, if you should wish to exchange a product or return a product for store credit, please contact Sales@TildaBiehn.com. We will accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 7 days of delivery confirmation date with original packaging in perfect condition. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for store credit or exchange. Once your return has been processed, your TildaBiehn.com credit will be sent via email. All special orders (including engravings) are final sale.
Please contact sales@TildaBiehn.com to address your request and include a reason for return. In the event of a valid exchange or credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved for returning the item. Tilda Biehn does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection.
Please note that in order to process an exchange, credit or refund, the item must go through the process above first so that we know to expect it alongside other incoming shipments. Tilda Biehn is not liable for shipping loss or damage or for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.
For repairs, please email Sales@TildaBiehn.com with a description of the repair needed and your original order information. If we determine that we can accept your repair, we will respond with shipping information.
International shipping is offered through DHL. There is a flat rate of $50.00 per order (not per item), exclusive of local taxes and fees.
If you are shipping to a destination outside the US, additional tax, customs and import duties will be levied by your local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client.
Items will be shipped from the United States with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
